Not only do we own and work for Cowboy Coffee together, we also both work for Charger Construction, which is also owned by our family. Doing what we love alongside each other and our family is what brings us joy. This business is built on love, trust, respect, and dreams of a great future for our family.

Small, mobile footprint

Our trailer is small and light, allowing it to be pulled by a fuel-efficient vehicle. It is also powered by an inverter, which is quieter and uses up to 40% less gas than a normal generator. Our community is important to us and so is our ecological footprint.

As a small family-owned business, it is our promise to use and support other local businesses as much as possible when buying product and supplies.
 
We proudly serve coffee roasted by Colorado River Coffee Roasters located in Boulder City, NV. They are a family-owned business who roast high-end coffee beans to perfection every time.
 
Additionally, our pastries are baked fresh daily by Great Buns Bakery, a Las Vegas local and family-owned business. Great Buns makes the BEST bagels, muffins, and pastries we’ve ever had.

Coffee bar event options

Cowboy Coffee offers multiple event rental options for your Las Vegas private party events. Please contact us for a formal quote. Prices may vary based on number of guest, selected menu items, add-ons, etc.

Two hour minimum for all rental options.
We have the capacity to serve 40-50 drinks per hour.

Open + Cash Bar

Give your guests the best of both worlds. Provide your guests with one free drink ticket (30 drink tickets included) and then the option to purchase additional menu items at a discounted price.

Custom Cups

Elevate your event with personalized cups. Use your logo, or we will work with you to create the perfect design for your event.  This option comes with a keepsake stamp that can be used for thank you cards, advertising, or future events.

Signature Drinks

Dazzle your guests with signature drinks that match your theme. This add-on allows you to add one flavor we don't already offer and the ability to add your favorite coffee order to our menu. I also have many themed drinks you can choose from.

Décor packages

Transform the ambiance with custom decor that complements your theme. We work directly with a professional event decorator to offer a wide variety of decor packages, with the option to add balloons, floral, rugs, chairs, and more! Turn the trailer into the perfect photo-op that will wow your guests.
